Visual Guide Tones 1

VGT is an incredible approach to visualizing the 3 scale “sources” Major, Melodic Minor and 8 note Dominant which are needed to improvise “thru” all chord types and families, in all 12 keys, with no more than one fret(half step ) in either direction. This proven method of over 40 years has helped guitarists 'own the neck', deal with transpositions, and most importantly..... improvise over ANY progression, regardless of style and level of difficulty.

VGT Part 1 shows Dana's proprietary approach to visualization. Students are introduced to basic sequences using Visual Guide Tones which allows them develop 'exponentially quicker' by working on all 5 shapes of Major/ Minor Pentatonic, and right and left hand Technique at the same time.
